Our training methods are based on the principles of action learning according to Reginald Evans. Confucius said: “Tell me and I will forget. Show me and I will remember. Involve me and I will understand.”

Studies show that up to 90% of subject matter can be remembered when the learner both says and does some- thing actively. With our background in acting we have developed methods that greatly expand the learning space of the classic role play. We create learning situations that are very close to the every day working environment, we work “on the job” right in the seminar room.
